Head in the Clouds Birthday Card

Hello my crafty friends!  Ever feel like your head is in the clouds? I do sometimes.  This cards features the Happy and Birthday word dies, Caffeinated Giraffe, and the Clouds in My Coffee stencil.
I used SH Lunar Paste with my Cottontail Blending Brushes with the Clouds in My Coffee stencil to create the night sky. I love how you see the different cloud layers. Such a lovely and  unexpected result!
The word dies (Happy and Birthday) are cut from a Silver Lava paper cardstock.  The words are glued directly to the lower right card front, over the  clouds stenciling. The Caffeinated Giraffe is colored with Cezanne Colored Pencils And added to the left side card front with double sided foam squares.

A Caffeinated Giraffe's Christmas

 Hello everyone! Von Marie here and I am so happy to be on the Blog today. I have a fun Christmas Card to share with you using some of my favorite products from TRHD.

On my card I used Caffeinated Giraffe, Kringle stamp, Kringle Die, Candy Twist Die, Back Alley Stencil, and Cotton Tail Blending Brushes. I first stamped my giraffe onto alcohol friendly paper with Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink. I colored in the giraffe in with Copic markers and then paper pieced the robe and slippers with pattern paper from my stash. I then fussy cut my giraffe out.


I used the Back Alley Stencil with Crackling Campfire Distress ink with my blending brush. I then sprayed it with Festive Berries Distress Oxide Spray. I used the same pattern paper for the Candy Twist Die along with red textured paper. I cut out some pattern paper for my rectangle panel and added everything with Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive. I stamped my sentiment and banner with red and black dye ink from the Kringle Stamp set and cut it out with the coordinating die set. My panel was then added to a red A2 card base. Lastly, I added red sequins. I hope you like my card, thank you for stopping by!

Coffee Themed Gift Card Holder

As the gift giving season approaches, I've got a fun, coffee themed gift card holder to share. It's quick too! Amanda, from Pear Blossom Press, here again. Gifts like these are great for co-workers, teachers, your postal worker, and any other coffee lover on your list. 

For today's tag, I used the new Caffeinated Giraffe, but you can make them using any of your favorite caffeinated critters. (The Reindeer would be fun for Christmas themed tags.)

No Decaf for this Giraffe

 

Hello there! Michelle here, sharing a card I created using Caffeinated Giraffe and Weird Science Stencil.
I colored the giraffe with a no-line coloring technique. I used Copic Markers in shades Y26, Y32, YR31;
E23, E25, E27, E29; E40, E41, E42, E43, E44; V15, V17, V09, BV08; 
G07, YG17, YG97; E53, E55.

I inked up the stencil with Blending Brushes and distress oxide inks in shades antique linen, shaded lilac, and dusty concord. I added some paint splatter with black paint. I die cut two circle cut outs and stamped the sentiments. I adhered the giraffe and die cut circles to the card base than added some sequins.
