With Sympathy

Today I'm sharing a card I made with the new Lovely Lilies stamp set from The Rabbit Hole Designs, illustrated by Kelly Taylor. This stamp set is so pretty and elegant! For the background, I used a light yellow ink with the overlapping circles stencil and added a few of the clear enamel dots. I colored the image using Caran D'Anche Pablo colored pencils. I have been really enjoying using these pencils lately! For some dimension, I popped the flowers and the orange frame up with foam tape.

Going on Vacation

Hello! Lauren here today with a cute little crab who is headed out on vacation! The images I used to create my scene are part of the new, Otter Play stamp set illustrated by Agota Pop!

I stamped, then colored my images in using colored pencils.

Floral Friendship Card - featuring the Lovely Lilies stamp set

Hello crafty friends! Today I am sharing this simple one layer card created using the new Lovely Lilies stamp set. These images are beautiful illustrated by Kelly Taylor exclusively for The Rabbit Hole Designs.

I started off by stamping the two bloom lily image on a piece of 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" Premium Coloring Cardstock using Pink Sand Fresh Ink for no-line coloring. I Googled lilies and chose the Royal Sunset Lily as my color inspiration. The lilies are colored with OLO Markers using Violet, Orange, Orange-Red, Green and Yellow-Green families.

I stamped and cut the same image from Masking Magic to cover the lilies while I ink blended the background. After the background was dry, I treated it with the Cottontail Embossing Powder Tool before stamping and heat embossing the sentiment in a copper embossing powder.

I cut the card front down to measure 4" x 5 1/4" and mounted it on a purple A2 card base competing the card.

Just An Otter Day In Paradise

Hello Everyone! I'm excited to share a card that I made using the new Otter Play stamp set, illustrated by Agota Pop. This set features three otters and a crab, along with some accessories and fun sentiments.

To make this card, I used one of the otters with the coordinating die and the sentiment "Just an otter day in Paradise." I colored the otter using Caran D'Anche colored pencils.

For the blue background, I used the new Making Waves stencil to add some very subtle texture. I didn't want it to look too busy with the embossed background so I used the stencil to lightly add some blue waves. To finish the card, I added a few of the Clear Sparkle Enamel Dots for some shine.

There's No Otter Like You

Hi everyone! Amy here with you today sharing a card I created using two awesome new stamp sets, Otterly Adore and Sea-ing is Believing, illustrated by Agota Pop!

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock with the second largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies. I used the brand new Making Waves Stencil with Distress Oxide Inks Mermaid Lagoon, Salty Ocean, and Tumbled Glass to create an ocean tide background!

I stamped out this adorable otter image and hearts from the Otterly Adore Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set. I then stamped the dolphin image from the Sea-ing is Believing Stamp Set, colored it, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

Next, I stamped the sentiment, which is from the Otterly Adore Stamp Set, directly onto the background in black pigment ink, and clear heat embossed for some shine!

I assembled my card using textured blue cardstock for the base. I used foam tape to pop up the otters and hearts for some dimension!
