Autumn Wonders

Hi! It's Lauren on the blog today sharing this no-line colored Autumn card. I used this wonderful book image from the Autumn is Calling stamp set and colored it with my colored pencils.

You can watch me create my card in this short on my YT channel.

I really enjoyed coloring up this image in fall colors. I can just picture coming in from a chilly fall day and getting cozy in front of a fire with a good book! I hope my card has inspired you to color up this pretty stamp set.

Pretty Autumn Card

Hello crafters! It's Lauren here today sharing this pretty Autumnal card featuring the Autumn is calling stamp set illustrated by Agota Pop.

I started by stamping my image in embossing ink and then adding gold embossing powder over the image. I tapped off the excess then heat set it.

I then colored the image using my colored pencils.

I then trimmed my panel using the 4.25x5.5 die from the You've Been Framed Die set. I also stamped and gold embossed my sentiment.

I then trimmed out my sentiments and added double sided foam tape to the back of each sentiment strip and adhered them onto my panel.

I also gold embossed some of the matte enamel dots and placed them onto the panel. then I adhered a 4.25x5.5 (A2 sized) cardstock panel in the same color as the sentiments to a top folding white A2 card base and adhered my wreath panel over top to finish off my card.

It was fun to color this wreath on colored cardstock. I hope that I've inspired you to get crafty! Below, I've linked the products I used to create my card.

Missing You with Candy Twist

Hello friends! Welcome back to the blog. Today's card features the new Candy Twist Stencil and Sentimentally Speaking stamp set and coordinating dies.

I created the background using pink and yellow dye inks and the Candy Twist Stencil on a gelli plate. I trimmed the panel down with the middle frame from the You've Been Framed die set. I cut the Sunshine Die (also from the You've Been Framed die set) into the panel and then "highlighted" the sun by partiallly stenciling with the Candy Twist Stencil in yellow. I blended blue dye ink around the edges of the panel. Before adhering the panel to an A2 card base I lightly blended the Candy Twist Stencil on the card base. The sentiment is from the new Sentimentally Speaking stamp set.

Feel Better Soon

Hello, crafty friends! Carrianne here today, and I hope you're having a wonderful day! Today, I am sharing a card that I created using The Rabbit Hole Designs Mindful Magnolia Stamp Set.

I began by die-cutting a white panel using The Rabbit Hole Designs You've Been Framed Layering Dies. It was adhered to a red mat layer and then adhered to a white A2 card base.

I then stamped the smallest floral image from the set several times in black ink and colored it with alcohol markers from my stash. I fussy cut them out, but a matching die set is available. I popped them up on foam squares for dimension.

The sentiment is from the same set Mindful Magnolia Stamp Set and was heat embossed, then popped up on foam strips. I added some dark splatter to complete the card.

Thank you for visiting. Happy crafting!

Carrianne

Stormy Sea Light Up Card

Hello! It's Lauren here today sharing this pretty light up card featuring the lighthouse image and a sentiment from the new, High Tide Stamp set illustrated by Agota Pop.

I started out creating a stormy/cloudy night background using Lindy's Gang Magical's in Pocketwatch Pewter and Black Hole Black.

While my background was drying, I stamped my lighthouse in a fadeout/no line ink then colored it using my colored pencils. I also cut out the lighthouse light opening and fussy cut out the whole image.

Next, I lined up where I wanted my light house to sit and used my pokey tool to mark and poke holes where the lights would be into the background.

I then lined the background over a white, top folding A2 sized (4.25x5.5") card base. I used a pencil through the holes to make marks on the card base where the lights would be.

Next, I positioned the 3 bulbs from Pear Blossom Press EZ-Light over the marks and secured them down with tape. I also secured the battery button part using double sided tape on the back of it.

I then placed double sided foam tape from Pear Blossom Press (it is repositionable for up to approx. 30 min.) to the back of my lighthouse panel, making sure to leave an open space for the battery. I removed the backing paper and secured it onto the card base.

Once I had the panel aligned directly over the lights, I adhered the lighthouse on.

I then stamped the "press here" (from Pear Blossom Press) directly over top of the button that turns the light on.

Lastly, I stamped my sentiment, die cut it out using a die from the You've Been Framed die set from The Rabbit Hole Designs and shaded it with my pencils. Then I adhered it to my card.

I just love how this card turned out! I hope I have inspired you to create your own light up card using this awesome lighthouse! I've linked products I used, below. Thanks for visiting!
