Wicked Pumpkin
Wicked Little Frog
Hey crafty friend, Amanda from Pear Blossom Press here again. I am so excited to share today's project. The frog on this card has got to be the best coloring I've ever done! Isn't he cute? And a little bit wicked? He is from the Got A Bug set. I've had him in my stash for a while, but I haven't had a chance to play with him yet. Over on the Sweet Sentiment site, Jammie has a coloring class for him. It's very inexpensive, so I decided to give it a shot.
Since I've got Halloween cards on the brain, I decided to top him off with the witch hat from Gourd-geous, then add the spider, sentiment, and stars in the background from the new Cocktail Witch set. The background was colored in with my Copic markers too.
Thanks for stopping by today. If you'd like detailed instructions and links to the specific products I used, hop on over to my blog... pearblossompress.com.

Gourd-geous Therm-o-Web Collab
- Using Pixie Spray, I adhered my Deco Foil Starburst Stencil to my cardstock and covered it with Champagne Mist Metallix Gel.
- While that was drying I stamped, colored and cut my pumpkin from Gourd-geous!
- I took the largest label from the Nested Label Dies and cut it from vellum. Then I carefully heat embossed my sentiment in black embossing powder.
- When the background was dry, I die cut he same label from the background and black cardstock 4 times and glued them all together for a raised look.
- I glued the "frame" that was left to a card front, then glued the labels back in their spot, added the vellum label to that and popped my pumpkin up with foam squares.
- For finishing touches I added glossy accents to the pumpkin's eyes and nose.
TRHD & Therm-O-Web Collaboration
Niccole here ...
I am so excited to be collaborating for The Rabbit Hole Designs with Therm-o-Web this week. I will be sharing not one but two blog posts. So make sure you check back later in the week.
Now onto my card ...
1. Turn laminator on to really heat it up good.
2. Cut and fold a black A2 card base.
3.On the card front I used my stencil to apply the Transfer Gel
4. I let the Transfer Gel dry. It's dry when it turns clear.
5. Place fold shiny side up on to of card with Transfer Gel
6. Put card with foil on it in carrier sheet
(I use a piece of copy paper folded in half)
7. Run through laminator
8. Peel foil away from card to reveal your masterpiece.
9. Added black circle to center front of card
10. Stamp, color, and cut out TRHD pumpkin image
11. Attach Pumpkin with foam tape.
** Make sure not to throw away the negative piece from your foil. You can definitely reuse it . I will be sharing a card really soon using the negative piece of foil.**
This cute pumpkin is floating on the top of the card with foam tape. I love how the hat is gray and it adds to the Silver Shattered Glass foil. Wouldn't you agree?
Here is one more look at the full card. I just want to say ... If you have never played with foil; you really should try it. It is so much fun and there are so many possibilities when using Therm-O-Web products. Make sure you come back later in the week ... I will be using Therm-O-Web Flock. It is so fuzzy and bright. It makes me happy every time i use it.

Hey There Gourd-geous! by Niccole
For today's card I used the Gourd-geous stamp set
How to create this card:
- Standard A2 card in dark gray
- Colored and cut my Gourd-geous stamped image
- Add a green strip of paper to the card base
- Add a smaller strip of white and stamp your sentiment from the Gourd-geous set
- Add you cut pumpkin to the card
- Finish off with orange Nuvo Drops
I have had so much fun playing with the Gourd-geous stamp set.
Thank you so much for stopping by and spending some time with me.
Until next time ... Hugs & inky fingers! -Nic-
Gourd-geous Shaker
- I started by using a cloud stencil and distress inks on a white panel for some spooky Halloween clouds.
- Next I stamped, colored and cut out my pumpkin.
- Then I cut a wonky frame and a piece of acetate, gluing them together and then adding a double layer of foam tape to create my shaker window.
- I poured micro beads, seed beads and glitter on the cloud panel and adhered the window piece over the top enclosing the shaker mechanism.
- Next I adhered that to a card base and added my pumpkin and sentiment to the front of the shaker.
This card is adorable and so fun to play with! The beads give the shaker some weight but the glitter shimmers so nicely in the light. It's a great balance.

Spookiest Mom
- I started by stamping my cat from the Caffeinated Cat set and coloring it with my Copics. I pulled in the purple for that touch of Halloween.
- Next, I stamped the pumpkin from Gourd-geous and colored it as well. I cut them both out with my scissors.
- I set them aside and set up my card layout, starting with the background paper mounted on white.
- I decided to use the same paper for the cup in Mom's hand.
- I die cut this frame in black and white and left the white in the between pieces.
- On the inside of the frame, I stamped the sentiment #momlife and mounted my image. The head is mounted using an action wobble.
- I added these sparkly stars and then the sentiment, which was part of the DP pack.
