Bunny Christmas

Hi All!  Amy here with you today sharing a card I created using the Bunny Christmas Stamp Set illustrated by Tatsiana Zayats.

Bunny Christmas Stamp and Die Set illustrated by Tatsiana Zayats, Retro Christmas Paper Pack, You've Been Framed - Layering Dies, Clear Enamel Dots by The Rabbit Hole Designs #therabbitholedesignsllc #therabbitholedesigns #trhd

To start this card I die cut a piece of patterned paper from the Retro Christmas Paper Pack using the largest die from the You've Been Framed - Layering Dies.

Next, I stamped this absolutely adorable bunny image from the Bunny Christmas Stamp Set.  I colored the image with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

I die cut a red sentiment banner then stamped the sentiment, which is from the Bunny Christmas Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card using red cardstock for the base, and popped up the image and sentiment banner with foam tape for some dimension!

A Bunny Light Up Card

Friends, I made my first light up card, all by myself. This card was so much fun to make and it was way easier than expected. I paired a super cute stamp set from The Rabbit Hole Designs with the fun lights from Pear Blossom Press and I am thrilled with the results.

Merry Christmas!

Hi everybody!  Amy here today sharing a card I created using the gorgeous Bunny Christmas Stamp Set illustrated by Tatsiana Zayats, and the Mid-Century Modern #2 Stencil.

Bunny Christmas Stamp and Die Set illustrated by Tatsiana Zayats, Mid-Century Modern #2 Stencil by The Rabbit Hole Designs #therabbitholedesignsllc #therabbitholedesigns #trhd

I started this card by die cutting a piece of smooth white cardstock and blended on Distress Oxide Inks Salvaged Patina, Saltwater Taffy, and Shaded Lilac.  I then splattered on some white paint and set it aside to dry.  After the paint was dry, I used the Mid-Century Modern #2 Stencil to create the large, gorgeous snowflakes in the background.

Next, I stamped this adorable image from the Bunny Christmas Stamp Set, colored it with copic markers, and cut it out using the coordinating die set.

I die cut a teal banner for the sentiment, prepped it with the Cottontail Embossing Powder Tool, stamped the sentiment from the Bunny Christmas Stamp Set, and white heat embossed.

I assembled my card using teal cardstock for the base, and popped up the image and sentiment banner with foam tape for some dimension!

Have a Jolly Holly-Day!

Hello there. It's Lauren today sharing this winter night card that is full of prettily wrapped gifts. I used one of the images and a sentiment from the adorable Bunny Christmas Stamp set.

To create my card, I first stamped my image onto a white cardstock panel that I cut to 4.25x5.5".

Then, I colored the image using colored pencils.

Next, I colored the rest of the cardstock panel using Copic Markers in C7 first and then finished off with black colored pencil.

With the whole panel colored, I used a white gel pen and white acrylic paint pen to add white dots (stars) all around the bunny and gifts.

When the white stars were dry, I trimmed the panel using a stitched rectangle die from my stash. and adhered the panel to a white, A2 sized (4.25x5.5") top folding card base.

Next, I created my white embossed sentiment. First, I prepared my black cardstock using the Cottontail Embossing Powder Tool. I then stamped my sentiment using an embossing ink pad. I covered my stamped sentiment with white embossing powder, tapped off the excess, then heat set it.

I backed the sentiment with a slightly larger piece of white cardstock and then adhered the sentiment onto my card front.

I love how the dark background really allows those colorful gifts to pop! I hope I've inspired you to try creating a dark background for your colored images. Thanks for visiting!

No Peeking! - Holiday card

Hello my crafty friends! Thank you for stopping by The Rabbit Hole Designs blog.  Happy Christmas in July!  Today I am sharing this easy sweet card with the bunny who just cannot seem to keep out of the presents.  So much for  "No Peeking!", right?

The Bunny Christmas stamp set is a large 6"x 8" set. It is illustrated by Tatsiana Zayats. There are three holiday bunny images and a variety of sentiments.  I have paired it up the present image with this up with one of the Retro Christmas 6x6 paper backgrounds.

I cut the Retro Christmas paper to 4" x 5 1/4" to use as the background. To tone down the background and allow the focus to be on the image, I cut a piece of vellum to 5" x 5 1/4".  I folded and wrapped 1/2" of the vellum around both sides of the 4" background and glued the folded edges to the back side.
I stamped and colored the bunny image with colored pencils and attached it o the vellum. I treated a piece of red cardstock with the Cottontial Embossing Powder Tool and stamped the sentiment Merry Christmas with VersaMark watermark ink.  I heat embossing it with black embossing powder and cut it to a 4"x 3/4" strip and glued it over the image.  I attached the  car front to an A2 white card base.

I popped up the bunnies after cutting with the coordinating Bunny Christmas Dies. Three white sequins were added for bling.

Time to Get the Tree! - The Rabbit Hole Designs Christmas in July

Hello my crafty friends! Thanks for stopping by The Rabbit Hole Designs blog.  We continue Christmas in July with this fun and festive A2 cards.  It features the new Bunny Christmas stamp set.

This is a large 6x8 stamp set illustrated by Tatsiana Zayats.  It includes three nice size holiday bunny images.  I choose the image of the bunnies taking their Christmas tree home. There are also a variety of sentiments, making this holiday stamp sets one to use for nearly all your holiday greetings!  The Bunny Christmas stamp set also has the Bunny Christmas coordinating die set

I colored the image (the bunny family bringing home their Christmas tree) with Triblend alcohol markers, cut it out and set it aside.  I used the Mid Century Modern #2 4 Layer stencil with Bitty Blrnding Brushes to create the background.  On a piece of 4" x 5 1/4" piece of white cardstock, I stenciled the starburst layer with Poppy ink, the largest circle layer is stenciled in Auqa Sky ink,and the small circle layer is in Eggplant ink.

To mute the background colors, I cut a piece of heat resistant vellum to 4" x 5 1/4" and stamped the sentiment Jolly Holly Days to you and yours with VersaMark Watermark ink and heat set the sentiment with black embossing powder.  I added small dots of liquid glue to the top of the small purple stenciled circles on the stenciled background.  I positioned the heat embossed vellum sentiment piece over the top and let the glue set.  I added the Christmas Tree Bunny image to the card front using adhesive foam squares.  The card front is mounted to a white A2 card base, completing the holiday card.
