One Layer Scene: Penguining

I love making a one layer scene card but they take some thinking. For today’s card I’ll show you how I came up with the little scene and I share how I could have done better as well.

The Penguining stamp set from The Rabbit Hole Designs is so stinking cute! I just love it. Who doesn’t love penguins?

A Fall Spray Of Lovely Lilies

Today's card is one of my all time favorites that I have made using The Rabbit Hole Designs stamp sets. This stamp set, Lovely Lilies was designed by Kelly Taylor and it's so gorgeous.

I created the card using some fun embossing in the background and accents of gold foil.

I hope you enjoy this card and grab this Lovely Lilies stamp set.

Who Lives In The Pumpkin House?

When I saw this cute image I started thinking about who might live in the pumpkin house? Every once in a while I like to make up stories about stamp sets I see.

In my mind a cute little mouse family lives in this pumpkin house.

This is the Spooky Sightings Stamp Set and there's still time to get it for Halloween.

I stamped and masked the images, ink blended the background and then colored the images with Copic Markers. My masking paper tore some of my stamped image on the hat. Rather than starting over, I re-stamped the hat and colored it on a separate piece of cardstock and then fussy cut it and glued it on top of the original.

It worked out perfectly.

Thanks for stopping by to check out my little creation.

Hello friends,

I'm back with this fall foxy friends. Isn't he the cutest strutting little fella?

For this card, I used the little plastic pop-outs from the Falling Leaves stencil, placed them on the white cardstock, and then spritzed the background. After it dried I removed the plastic pieces and then splattered the cardstock with gold.

The Fall Foxes stamp set and the Falling Leaves Stencil are such a perfect pair.

I hope you enjoy this card.

Hugs,

Wendy

A Penguin Side Panel Step Card

Hi Friends,
It's Wendy, back again with more penguins. For today's fun fold card I used the Penguining Stamp Set from The Rabbit Hole Designs. I love this stamp set so much, I have more cards planned for it.

I also used the coordinating Penguining dies to cut out the cute little penguin.

If you love this fun fold card design I have a video and more info on how to make it on my blog.

Thanks so much for hanging out with me for a few mins and I hope you love this card.

Hugs,

Wendy

Twisted Friendship Card with Sweet Christmas

 Hello Friends,

Wendy here with a fun cupcake card for you. I made this card specifically for one of my friends that I like to really cut up with.

For the background of this card, I stamped the candy canes from the Sweet Christmas stamp set in VersaMark ink. Then I heat-embossed them with white embossing powder. Don't forget to use the awesome Cottontail Embossing Powder Tool when you heat emboss.

I colored the cute little cupcake with Copic Markers and die-cut it with the Sweet Christmas coordinating dies.

Thank you for stopping by and hanging out with me for a few minutes.

Patriotic Cupcake with Berry Best

Today's card is inspired by the upcoming 4th of July celebration. This card features the Berry Best stamp set and the super cute Connected By The Stars stencil.

I started by ink blending the background in blue and then laid the stencil over the cardstock and ink blended again. This is a great way to create interest in the background of your cards.

For the focal of the card I stamped the cupcake and masked it and then stamped the macaron stack. To stamp the wreath in the background I masked both the cupcake and the macarons.

The counter tap is hand drawn and everything is colored with Copic Markers.

Thanks for visiting!

A Berry Sweet Shaker Card

Hello. My name is Wendy and I am brand new to the design team. I'm so happy to be here and hope I inspire you to make some beautiful projects.

Today's card features the Berry Best stamp set illustrated by Agota Pop.

To create this card I stamped the macaron stacks 5 times in alcohol safe ink and then colored each with Copic Markers.

I used The Rabbit Hole Designs A2 Shaker Acetate Sheets for my shaker card. These acetate sheets are incredibly easy to use. They come with adhesive ready to go. The background of the shaker is ink blended over the Overlapping Circles stencil, which sadly is sold out now, in colors to match the macarons

For the sentiment I stamped in VersaMark Ink and white heat embossed.

Thank you for stopping by and checking out my card. I hope you enjoyed and if you'd like to see more about this card and a video on how I made it you can visit my blog.
