A Caffeinated Giraffe's Christmas

Hello everyone! Von Marie here and I am so happy to be on the Blog today. I have a fun Christmas Card to share with you using some of my favorite products from TRHD.

On my card I used Caffeinated Giraffe, Kringle stamp, Kringle Die, Candy Twist Die, Back Alley Stencil, and Cotton Tail Blending Brushes. I first stamped my giraffe onto alcohol friendly paper with Lawn Fawn Jet Black ink. I colored in the giraffe in with Copic markers and then paper pieced the robe and slippers with pattern paper from my stash. I then fussy cut my giraffe out.

I used the Back Alley Stencil with Crackling Campfire Distress ink with my blending brush. I then sprayed it with Festive Berries Distress Oxide Spray. I used the same pattern paper for the Candy Twist Die along with red textured paper. I cut out some pattern paper for my rectangle panel and added everything with Nuvo Deluxe Adhesive. I stamped my sentiment and banner with red and black dye ink from the Kringle Stamp set and cut it out with the coordinating die set. My panel was then added to a red A2 card base. Lastly, I added red sequins. I hope you like my card, thank you for stopping by!

Merry Christmas & Ho Ho Ho!

Happy, happy Friday!  Tangii here for today's share!  For my Christmas-y card today I used the Kringle stamp set & coordinating dies. I started off adding the strips of patterned paper to the side of my card front, leaving just enough room for my sentiment, etc.  I stamped the trees on some scraps of green patterns from the same paper pack then used the coord dies to cut them out.

I stamped the banner/ribbon on some pale patterned paper, die cut it then stamped my sentiment in the middle bending the sentiment on my block to fit the curve.  Here's a tip for that... place your clear block over the stamped ribbon, then when you place your sentiment on the block you can "copy" the ribbon shape/curve.

I went ahead now and placed the trees and sentiment where I wanted them, popped them up with pop dots and then stamped a few red Ho's around to fill a little more white space.

All of the items I linked in my post are available at The Rabbit Hole Designs.

You can also read about this card on my blog, here with links to the products I used, etc.  Thanks for popping by, come back again soon!

A Witch's Wardrobe

Hello there! Michelle here! The stamp set, Hex Yeah, has been a favorite of mine and I hate the idea of only using her for one season. It was time to update this witch's wardrobe!
A no-line coloring technique did the trick!
I also used the stamp set Kringle, for the sentiment and banner.
You can stamp your image with any light gray or light beige ink. Than have fun coloring! I used Copic markers to color.
Hat and Dress: R35, R46, R59, RV99
Sash and Buckle; Shoes: C7, C8, C10, YR23, YR27
Stocking: G05, G07, E40, N1
Hands: E11, E13, E15
Banner: G05, G09, G28
I embossed the top panel using Diamond Flower Stencil and gold embossing powder.
For the inside panel I used Light Me Up Stencil and white embossing powder.

For this second card I wanted a winter inspired outfit. Blue, beige and a little leopard pattern.
The same no-line stamping technique applies with some Copic Marker coloring.
Hat and Dress: B34, B37, B39
Stocking: B34, B37, E41,E41
Leopard Sash and Shoes: E40, E41, E42, E43, E44
Skin: E11, E13, E15

I used Spell It Stencil to spell the word 'WINTER' and used the withes legs for
the letter 'I'. I used distress oxide inks in shades tumbled glass and chipped sapphire. I
scattered some snowflakes using the stencil Light Me Up and the same distress oxides.
I stenciled the stars using Pumpkin Face Stencil and antique linen and tumbled glass distress oxide inks.
I splattered some white paint. When dried I stamped the sentiment from the stamp set, Krinkle.

I added some finishing touches to both cards: bells, a twine bow, and gems.

Thanks for stopping by for a peek!

Holiday Tags!

 Hello there and Happy Holidays!

It's Kelly here on the blog today sharing some holiday tags.

Pull out your Rabbit Hole favorites and spread some holiday joy!

This is a picture heavy post. I had SO MUCH FUN making these tags!

My tags feature several Rabbit Hole Designs Products:
  • Candy twist stencil
  • Caffeinated Reindeer stamp and die
  • Love You More stamp set
  • Kringle stamp and die

To make my tags, I stamped, colored and die cut or fussy cut my images.

I applied Glitz gel with the Candy Twist stencil on store-bought tags.

Stencils work GREAT on tags and are so much fun.

I assembled my tags after the glitz dried. I used double-sided sticky tape to adhere the elements to the glitter. Nuvo gloss, glitter and foam make these tags extra special.

Merry Christmas Kringle Style!

Hi everyone! Von Marie here and Today I have a Christmas Slimline card to share with you using the Newest Release.

I chose to use the New Back Alley Stencil with Red Foil over Red Cardstock. I love this stencil, it's perfect for you to use anytime. I also adore this Santa from the Kringle Stamp Set which was perfect for my card. I first stamped my Santa onto Sweet Sentiment cardstock and colored it in with my Copic Markers. I did use a white Prismacolor pencil for Santa's bead and white areas on his suit. I then cut it out with the Coordinating Kringle Die Set.

I stamped the banner from the Kringle Stamp Set and the sentiment and then cut it out with the coordinating die. I then cut my foiled stenciled piece out with a Slimline Die as well as pattern paper to match. I added my Santa and sentiment banner with foam tape and my slimline panel onto a slimline card base. Lastly, I added matching sequins. I hope you like my card. Thank you for stopping by!

All I Want for Christmas is YOU!

Hey yall!  Happy Monday!!  I am one of those crazy peeps that LOVE Monday's... ya know fresh start & all, lol  Anyway, Tangii here with another creation from the July release!  This time I'm pairing up the Kringle stamp set with the Candy Twist Stencil.

I started off blending some Distress Oxide ink with a Cotton Tail Blending brush and the Candy Twist Stencil.  Next I stamped Kris Kringle and colored him in with Copics.  I ended up fussy cutting him because I didn't have the coordinating dies (available here), I actually don't mind cutting (it's kind of relaxing for me... told ya, crazy peep! lol) but I totally recommend the coordinating dies, and I do have them for all of my sets when available!

With all of that done, I die cut some stitched circles and then adhered all of my layers.

Finally I added some silver stickles and added them to the centers of my Candy Twists.  I also added a sentiment from the Christmas Frost stamp set and popped it up at the top of my card. Voila!

All of the items I linked in my post are available at The Rabbit Hole Designs.

You can also read about this card on my blog, here with links to the products I used, etc.  Thanks for popping by, come back again soon!

A Candy Twist Christmas Card!

Hi everyone! Von Marie here and I am so happy to be on the blog today. I have a Christmas card to share with you since we are celebrating Christmas in July!

I chose to use this fabulous New Candy twist Die for a CAS card. I also chose to use non traditional colors. I blended my card base with Worn Lipstick with the Fabulous Cotton Tail Blender Brush. All I had to do was diecut this die three times with pattern and cardstock and glue them to a card base. Easy peasy!

I then stamped my sentiment from the New Kringle stamp set on the same pink cardstock using just a strip to across my card. I then added some clear confetti sequins and sparkle on my candy twist diecuts. I hope you like my card today, these will be fun so fun to mass produce. Thank you for stopping by!
