Gingerbread Cheer



Good Morning friends!  I am back today with this card I made used The Rabbit Hole Designs stamp set called "Sweet Christmas".  I absolutely love anything gingerbread so this set is one of my favorites.  It also features a few sweet treats to add to cards or tags as well.
I stamped the gingerbread house image in white ink and then added some detail with white colored pencil.  I also stamped out the sentiment with some white ink as well, leaving the word "Christmas" to be added after on a white banner.
To finish this card off, I ink blended some Distress Ink in the color "tea dye" around the edges of the card to add depth and highlighting.  Then, I topped it off with some of the TRHD enamel dots.  
This card was so easy and quick to put together that it would be be great to mass produce for the holidays.

Quick and Easy Christmas Card

 Hi everyone!  Amy here with you today sharing a quick and easy card I created using the 1 Line Reindeer Stamp Set.  These types of cards are always great when you need a card, and you need it fast!

I started this card by cutting a piece of white cardstock to mini slimline size.  I then stamped the 1 Line Reindeer image and sentiment, then gold heat embossed.

For the cardbase, I used a piece of patterned paper from the Retro Christmas Paper Pack.

For finishing touches on this card I added some red glitter stickles to the reindeer's nose, and a few Clear Sparkle Enamel Dots!  Thank you and I hope you enjoyed my card today!

A Bunny Light Up Card

Friends, I made my first light up card, all by myself. This card was so much fun to make and it was way easier than expected. I paired a super cute stamp set from The Rabbit Hole Designs with the fun lights from Pear Blossom Press and I am thrilled with the results.

Christmas Penguin

Hello, Erin here to share a card I made using the Penguining Stamp Set from The Rabbit Hole Designs!  Now that Halloween has passed, I am in full Christmas mode!  I haven't allowed myself to drag out the totes of Christmas decorations yet but it won't be long.    


To start this card, I stamped the three penguin images. In this stamp set they are all connected but the coordinating dies are perfectly shaped to cut them apart.  It's nice because you can either use them together in a row or separate them.  I decided to separate them for this card.  I picked the penguin with the candy cane and colored it with colored pencils.  I like that the images in this set are pretty quick to color.  I don't mind long coloring projects sometimes but occasionally it is nice to have something that doesn't require too much coloring.  I don't think I spent more than 10 minutes coloring the penguin and probably even less than that.


My intention was to make a red and white striped background to look like a candy cane.  I really struggled with it, I just couldn't get the exact look that I had in my mind.  So after a bit I gave up on the candy cane background idea and pulled out my stencils.  The Back Alley stencil is one of my favorites, I use it fairly often.  I do love products that I reach for again and again!  I used red ink for the stenciling and left a white area in the middle for the sentiment and the image.

Next, I loaded the background onto my Misti and placed the sentiment stamps  at the top and bottom of the white space.


After I added the penguin in the middle, I mounted the background on red card stock. I didn't feel like it was quite done so I grabbed an Acetate Shaker Sheet and some red and green sequins. The shaker sheets make it so easy to turn a simple card into something interactive in just minutes!

A Halloween Switch A Roo!

Hi Crafty Friends! 
Did you know you can manipulate stamps to completely change the image?  This cute fox by TRHD is part of the Fall Foxes stamp set and I took the witches hat from Meowgical to turn him into a Halloween friend.  By doing so you can open up so many more options and create unique images only created by you.  I encourage you to try this with all your stamps and dies.  I bet you'd be surprised, when you see what you discover.
